Touch of Hate

Type: Vile
Source: Player's Guide to Faerûn

Because you are favored by Bane, you can transform animals into evil minions
Prerequisite: Violate Spell, able to cast 5th-level divine spells, patron deity Bane.
Benefit: Once per tenday, you can touch an animal and transform it into a beast of Bane (same as the Beast of Xvim entry in monster Compendium). The animal can have no more Hit Dice prior to transformation than you have cleric levels. The target creature can resist the transformation by making a successful Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 your cleric level + your Wis modifier). If the animal is the bonded companion of another character, it can use that character's base Will save bonus instead of its own, applying its own ability modifiers. If it fails the save, it instantaneously transforms into a beast of Bane and follows your commands.
The beast of Bane that you create deals vile damage with its smite good ability. Vile damage can be healed only by magic cast within the area of a consecrate or hallow spell.
