Benefit: You can grant an ally a competence bonus to any skill that you have trained in, including cross-class skills. Instructing an ally requires four days of work, and the ally loses this bonus if you do not spend one hour each day refreshing her training. You may tutor a total number of allies equal to your Intelligence bonus, and each ally may only receive the bonus to one skill.
