You are the descendant of silver dragons and can harness your ancestors' power to paralyze your opponents.
Prerequisite: Draconic Heritage (silver), sorcerer level 3rd.
Benefit: As a standard action, you can convert an arcane spell slot into a paralyzing blast. All adjacent enemies are paralyzed for 1 round. A successful Fortitude save (DC 10+ the spell's level + your Cha modifier) negates the effect.
